We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Please note that Cedar Row operates exclusively as an online e-commerce store and does not maintain a physical retail location for customer visits.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing cedar.rrow@gmail.com.
To assist with your claim, we may request photos of the item and packaging.
Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include replacement, refund, or store credit.
Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
